From capoeira and core-training to kickboxing and yoga, HoebeL Fitness delivers award-winning group fitness classes taught nationally and internationally by some of the industry's top exercise instructors. yogicstretch is a class that combines Western stretching techniques with Hatha yoga. Different forms of stretching including "dynamic" and "pnf" stretching are integrated with different yoga poses and relaxing positions to help you gain flexibility and alleviate stress. All levels of experience are welcome - have fun stretching and de-stressing to ambient music as you reach your urban nirvana.
functionalstrength combines functional weight training with alignment based resistance exercises into a pumping full-body workout.
