He is an award-winning competitor in open martial arts tournaments, achieving his brown belt in Tae Kwon Do prior to leaving active duty in the Air Force. Following the Persian Gulf War, Lorenzo moved to New York City and began teaching women's self defense classes for college students and became an elite trainer at the prestigious Equinox Fitness Clubs. Brooke Siler, owner of the re:AB® Pilates Studios, is a Pilates professional with over 15 years of fitness industry experience.
Having trained under Joseph Pilates’ protégée, Romana Kryzanowska, for more than10 years, Brooke has become the master sculptor behind some of the most lithe and sleek physiques in Hollywood and on the runways. Her unswerving dedication to her clients has earned her a position as one of the most sought after personal trainers in the country.
In 1997 she coordinated the creation and development of re:AB®, New York City’s most successful studio for Pilates. In February 2006 Brooke opened her second studio within the Peak Performance private training facility in Chelsea.
