Terry Kerrigan has over 10 years in the health and fitness industry. He is a level-2 C.H.E.K. High Performance Exercise Kinesiologist and holds many certifications including the NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, Metabolic Typing Nutrition Advisor and is a Metabolism and Program Design specialist. Terry's background emanates from his success as a professional triathlete and education in Human Physiology and Muscular Therapy. He also holds certifications through NASM as a personal trainer & AFAA as a group fitness instructor. Lorenzo's specialties include boxing & martial arts. He is an award-winning competitor in open martial arts tournaments, achieving his brown belt in Tae Kwon Do prior to leaving active duty in the Air Force. Following the Persian Gulf War, Lorenzo moved to New York City and began teaching women's self defense classes for college students and became an elite trainer at the prestigious Equinox Fitness Clubs. Lorenzo is now one of New York's most sought after boxing instructors as well as a well-rounded exercise & performance coach.

Henry has overseen the education of other trainers and was one of the personal training team leaders when The Sports Club LA opened in Miami.
